Embroidery Online Recap

Success Story: Embroidery Online

Challenge
With no social media presence and a small online presence, Embroidery Online needed to build a social media strategy that built a community and drove traffic back to www.EmbroideryOnline.com.

Solution
We established a Twitter account (
www.Twitter.com/EMB_Style) as well as a Facebook account (www.Facebook.com/EmbroideryOnline) for the brand and quickly discovered the best environment for building a community for our target audience was through the Facebook account. We developed posts for the page and worked with Embroidery Online staff to develop promotions and other communications.

Results
The campaign began in February 2011 and by May of that same year, the Facebook page boasted more than 2,000 followers who interact daily with the brand. Three people work with the page on a day-to-day basis: A Snackbox team member develops posts, a second Snackbox team member manages the page through monitoring, posting, and responding and a third person, employed by Embroidery Online, assists with questions that are more technical in nature. Together, our team engages and interacts with the community we built … and we learn from them every day.
