Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 to 1.25 pounds ground beef 1 small red onion, chopped 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups ketchup 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon crushed sea salt 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form the mixture into balls and place on a 9×13 baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until the meatballs are no longer pink in the center, approximately one hour.
